staff was friendly including breakfast staff, breakfast area was clean and replenished
beds are comfy, room appeared to be as clean as possible considering the hard wear and tear
Negatives:
our room was very beat up ! lots of wear and tear which is ok but my complaint is the shoddy repair work or lack of repairs
patches to the wall around the shower were very poorly done, kitchen cabinets need to be professionally refinished and the sink drain is unfinished. downstairs, wall paint patches look horrible.

Positives:
Location was great. Property was filthy, so I opted out of breakfast.
Negatives:
There was roach feces all over the lamp base. Dirty floors and doors. Keys didn't work and had to be reprogrammed. Front desk associate not discreet. Announced my room number and name for all to hear. Side door didn't work. Very little parking.
