We booked a king suite, got downgraded to a queen room with 2 beds, not what we wanted. Was charged the same amount even though our reservation was changed without our knowledge. Would have stayed elsewhere had we known .

The staff was super accommodating with my special requests. We got a walk-in shower for my older parents, rooms close together so we could all help with my infant niece, and when it was possible and adjoining room. The staff was kind, polite, warm, and very helpful.
Negatives:
Honestly everything was wonderful. Maybe breakfast could have extended another half hour but that is such a minor thing.
