I called to verify the pool was open and was told the pool was open and we got there and the pool was not open . I tried to explain them I had talked to someone and they said it was not anyone that worked there .just frustrating never got a refund .

They lied about the pool being open before I made my reservation online , no one was able to help me . We were upset about not being able to swim we didnt even stay and winded up staying at another hotel . No one emailed me back about the situation!

First, the bathroom lights did not work - and nothing was done about it. I showered by phone flashlight. Second, the AC unit made a horrible noise every time it came on. Lastly, the elevator alarm would go off randomly day and night.

I would not recommend this hotel. 1. because the breakfast food is not consistently cooked properly. what I mean is You Don't know if the food is going to be good or bad from day to day. 2. The swimming pool is inoperative, under renovation.

WiFi didnt work No door to the bedroom. It had been removed. Multiple outlets did not work. Microwave did not work. Pool was completely drained, plaster peeling off it and ceiling falling out. Window AC units worked poorly at best.

swimming pool INOPERATIVE. this was the main reason we selected this hotel.... scrambled Eggs and biscuits at breakfast were very HARD... The window in the room was cracked..

The hotel was clean, convenient in location and just like what you see on images. The stay was a two night stay, but could of been better.

I needed a 2-queen room, was told yes, then told that I could not change rooms even though I offered to pay the difference because I booked with a 3rd party. The room I got smelled so bad, I had to buy an air-freshener. Old food was left in the fridge

Yes, I stood at the front desk for over 15 minutes trying to get checked in, to find out there was someone in the office. I actually had to ask someone in the to help me before the person in the back came out to assist. I even tried calling the front.

King bed was broken. Sleeper sofa mattress was horribly stained and there was no bedding for it when asking for bedding I was given a snide look and gave a flat sheet only. The refrigerator made noise all night. Marajuana smell in hall. Loud guests at 3am
