Staff checking in guests was sick and coughing, and complaining about the booking system, and the amount of work he has to do for little pay - making those in line uncomfortable.
The room wasn’t too clean: the sink was dirty with toothpaste in the sink from a previous guest, hairs in the tub, and the bed was not made neatly. Ran out of coffee in the morning at 0800 and was not refilled. The trash bins in the exterior common areas of the property were full and overflowing.

Room was on the 4th floor, ice machine did not work. No ice machine on the 3rd, ice machine machine on the 2nd did not work. Started on the 4th floor and used the stair way all the way to the 1st floor to get ice. The elevator is at the other end of the building from my room and the ice machine. A lot of trash on grounds, same trash in the doorway the next day after check in, an employee must have walked by it and had the it’s not my job attitude. The place could have been cleaner overall..

Great location and pricing for our needs and allowed pets. They accommodated a resevation change even though it was packed due to college activities. Room looked remodeled although not upper end, it was clean and fine for us. Free breakfast a plus.
Negatives:
We always bring doggie bags, would have liked a dispenser.
