The fridge was a larger than usual. The staff were really friendly though seemed understaffed. Parking was easy and free. Location to everything was pretty good. They allowed dogs in a separate part of the building from the main portion of rooms.

Beds were really hard. Pillows were either like bricks or cotton balls. Shower anti-slip pad was more slippery than the shower itself. Shower repair of the curtain rod was done poorly and was very ugly. There was a hole in the wall where the door had been slammed open. The elevator floors were sticky. The carpets were old and a bit musty.

No cold water. I waited about 15 and it was still cold. Bath mat was dirty with hair stuck to the mat. I paid about $400 for my stay. It was not worth it.

The female receptionist was kind and responsive.

Very poor housekeeping and maintenance - the two rooms we had were not properly cleaned. Trash was left behind, along with hair, a nonfunctional A/C unit, an ant-infested sofa, one sofa bed had no mattress and the other was not functional. Dirty pool.

I booked on booking.com and had a glitch on my phone and booked 2 rooms. The staff at the hotel said " I would have to go through booking.com and that was not the case it was the Hotels responsibility to refund my 2nd room but she would not do it AND we were given a Handicap room at that.

Went in my room and it looked like someone threw up on the carpet and it wasn’t cleaned. I had to get a new room and it wasn’t much better.

Too expensive for the price and rooms were filthy. Don’t plan on coming back to this location.
