Positives:
They put us in a handicap room outside of the hotel it was perfect. Had a shower bench n shower and detachable shower head. I was there for surgery at 4 got there at 850 pm the night before. The staff was a man at front he was kind. He checked us in quickly so we could get settled and for bed. Beds are firm but good and it was very clean.

The room with king sized bed and pull out sofa was reserved for 3 people. There was no bedding for the sofa. When I called the front desk nobody answered. When I went down, instead of sending someone up, they handed me a pile of bedding so high I could barely see over the top, push the elevator buttons or open my door. The bed was very uncomfortable. The next morning I realized there were only two towels and no hair dryer so I had to go down again for them. That morning, the staff told us we could watch Monday night football in the common area. There were seven people and three rooms in our group and we wouldn’t all fit in a room so that was great, until the evening clerk told us we weren’t allowed. Even though nobody else was down there. My cousin had to get angry and insist they allow us to watch before he complied.

This properly blew me away! Absolutely gorgeous hotel with a massive room. It was incredibly clean and comfortable.

The location and general safe feel of the surrounding area is a great asset of this hotel. I tend to like to walk outside before retiring for the evening, and the neighborhood surrounding the hotel seems to be very safe, with no unsavory people around. I usually travel in a pickup with camper shell on the bed, and I feel like the things that I carry in bed are also safe from pilferage.
Negatives:
The bathtub in Room 223 had a very slow drain, and needs to be unclogged. I took a shower so it didn't bother me, but if my wife had been with me, she always takes a bath, and this may have been a problem for her.
