In a good location, staff was nice, and it was clean.
Negatives:
You can’t advertise that you have a kitchenette included if you don’t have any plates, glasses or silverware. They want you to PAY for forks and plates and anything you might need. That’s just not right.
The HVAC was noisy and we needed to keep getting up to get it to the right temperature. It didn’t self-regulate well. And the bed was squeaky. If you rolled over, it would wake you up. We didn’t sleep well that night at all.

Was in town for my sister’s birthday. Made it convenient for her and her family to have us close by and comfortable.

It was clean and inviting. The staff was courteous and professional. It was centrally located close to shopping and our medical appts. They accepted pets, which was awesome since we travelled with our therapy dog.
