They had no coffee, the tub was clogged, and water would be past our ankles after our shower. There were cockroaches, and the staff gave me roach baits to put out ourselves. We had to ask for towels everyday. It was a horrible stay. I will never stay there again.

Nothing my reservation was deleted by the front desk girl (Amy) at check in time and given the excuse you don't rent rooms to locals regardless if they're having work done to their home and it's unoccupyable and regardless of being a handicapped person.

I was not notified till checkin of your policy and was left out in the street with no room and with everything sold out at every other hotel unless i had the funds to pay for a 200.00+ a night room, which i didn't considering my money was not refunded to my credit card for 4 days later and i am on a social security budget which is hard enough to live on monthly to begin with. I ended up having to sleep in my vehicle on a night the temps were in the lower 30's upper 40's. I will NEVER stay at another one of your facilities again.
