it was a dump, the room smelled horrific, I didnt stay there it was that bad, the staff stated i wouuld recieve a full refund, which i haven't yet!

Loud barking dogs in back lobby next to my room . First room heater thermostat would not turn off. Was given a second room. Bathroom was in poor repair. Flooring was damaged in many places. Heater had homemade controls with no labels. Loud booming music.

The man who was either the owner or manager was beyond rude. I got there at 7:30 at night and he would not let me in the lobby. Instead I had to stand in the cold while he checked me in. I did see one cockroach so I assume there were others in the roo

One of the filthiest hotels I have ever booked. I was very disappointed. Our room had a foul sewer smell, the hall smelled, the vanity was cracked and about to fall off the wall, the floors were nasty and sticky. Overall a huge disappointment

The guy did not greet us and had no customer service skills. Instead of telling me where else to sign on the paper he just looked at me and pointed. When we got there they didnt have a crib which was advertised and the reason I chose to stay here. He just said oh we dont have that but youll have 2 queen beds. Then we got to our original room and the sink had a layer of cigarette ash and a put out cigarette still in there. Water underneath the sink and a giant hole on the wall underneath the sink. The ceiling looked like it was about to fall and the hallway stunk. When I called the front desk and told him about the cigarette he just said to come to the front so they can switch us rooms and didnt even apologize. When I went to stand in line he just reached out and had 2 new key cards to a new room but didnt say anything at all just expected me to reach by the ladies in front of me and grab the key knowing it was for me. I wish I wouldve taken pictures of everything we saw. But the room we were originally in was 119.
