The Pool area was nice and the surrounding of the lobby was nicht too. The bed was clean and the matrace was good

The ceiling of the bathroom was damaged so that we musst changed the room. The rooms need some updates especially the bathroom ceilings. It wasn't very clean, it was dusty. The Television wasn't working properly and in the remote weren't any batterys

We informed the front desk of our issues at checkout but nothing was offered to make amends. The heater in our room did not work. There wasn't even a suitable blanket on the bed, just a sheet and very thin top cover. There were quite a few cockroaches and the walls were sticky and filthy. Not to mention the elevator was broken, which we were only told about after they booked us into a third floor room. There was no offer to help up us upstairs with our bags. We would have left and went somewhere else had we not been completely exhausted after driving all day.

One bed-spread was stained on one queen size bed. The shower divertor would not send all the water to the shower head. Some still came out the tub spout making the shower spray weak. The elevator was out of order, so we had to use the stairs. Thankfully we were just on the second floor. The carpet in the hall way to our room was stained and dirty in several locations.

Hotel is convenient to places we wanted to go...room access is inside which is nice had a fridge and microwave which was handy

They did not have the room a reserved and paid for clean..couldn't tell me how long the wait would be (after 3pm check in)..told me they had a queen room ready if I wanted to change. I agreed. The room was not cleaned (I don't think)..the sheets were stained and dirty and turned inside out. The floors were filthy...the shower did not function at all...the tub was dirty and no iron available
