For the most part everything was okay the room was comfortable. I appreciate it that the room was cleaned that first night and so we came back into a clean room the second morning

I didn't understand why the whole time we were there we were not able to watch TV my husband was quite upset with that.

the price and location was great as I needed something close to Texas Tech University. Although the bleach smell was strong in the room, I appreciate it was clean!

The only thing is when i go there the bath rug was in half. Half in bathtub and half on floor next to it. However, when I checked out the front desk personnel was very kind and assured me that she would let the manager know as they were switching them out for new ones right before I checked in that Friday.

Parking was kind eriee. There was a glass bottle broken right in front of the door our exit was at. Maybe better security? Cameras? It would be nice if carpets were replaced!

Front desk person was unfriendly, room had alot of prior damage. Guests were screaming in the hallway. A tricle of water.was all that came out of bathroom faucet. Fridge was not working

The lobby was very nice
Negatives:
Our room had a mildew smell and a part of the carpet was wet and never dried. There was a cockroach in the bath tub. The staff at check in was rude.

Negatives:
Spaces above and below door making it very noisy. Very little water pressure. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Beds to be renovated badly.
