The location of the property is great and the hotel was generally quiet.

Please monitor your accounts if you stay at this location. I have been charged four separate times for my most recent stay here. I was charged once online, once at check in and two other times over a week after my one night stay. I’ve had to called repeatedly for refunds and have only been refunded a fraction of what I should have been for my one night stay.

The kitchenette, the breakfast offered different types of eggs, ham, warm oatmeal, instant cereals, different types of bread/bagels, yogurt, whole apples, bananas and oranges, different fat content milk, variety of creamers, teas, 1 type of coffee. The hotel is new. Everything looked clean. Michael, at the front desk, in the morning when we checked out, was very friendly.
Negatives:
I reserved a room with a king size bed and a sofa, and got a queen bed, with no sofa. Made the reservation 20 days in advance asking for a room not facing the highway, and was assigned one facing the highway. When I asked to be changed, I was told there weren’t any other rooms available because the hotel was full. The hotel was below 30 percent capacity. After a few minutes, when I was back at the original room, I was called and offered a room NOT facing the highway, but it was still a QUEEN bed, not KING. At the breakfast area, there was no hot water to make tea.

Many repair issues that were never addressed upon reporting. There were huge footprints stained on the carpet. The staff charged me for the room even though I prepaid, and it took multiple discussions with front desk staff to finally get it resolved.

A beautiful newly renovated property with great amenities for a hotel in its price range.

It's dog friendly, but booking.com doesn't tell the whole story about the price. It's 75$ one time first day charge, then 20$ a day for each additional day, for a cleaning charge.
