After sleeping the first night, I had to change my room due to a missing blind. The new room had several broken bed frames, one of which injured my daughter. This hotel is overrated.

Heater in room did not work well. St times it got so loud I would have to turn off then back on. Room book for two one washcloth. Breakfast pancake machine had out of batter at 7:00 am in the morning. I have a feeling they just have machine but rarely have batter.

No pet fee, good breakfast, no wait for elevators, plenty of parking, close to southwest Lubbock where most of the restaurants and businesses are located. Not far from the university.
Negatives:
The room was insanely tiny. Two people could not walk around the room without bumping into each other. The walk-in shower is comically small. The employees are always on their phones and sit in the lobby instead of at the desk so the cameras cant see them
