Positives: Debbie from the kitchen staff was exceptionally polite and nice
Negatives: Very strong chemical smell in the room. I have airway disease and had to air out the room. Also my door had at least a quarter inch around the door. The front desk guy came and put a TOWEL down and did not attempt to fix. Also, the lights were wired incorrectly to the room with the tub and toilet. I got shocked when trying to use the plug and the light. The lights flickered a lot. Front desk staff were not helpful whatsoever. I was promised a credit but then the next day refused. Plus, the box spring covers were coming off. Horrible stay

Positives: The beds were comfortable.
Negatives: The door lock was broken, the toilet was dirty, the phone was not working and the ac was leaking. The table legs were very wobbly.

Positives: Friendly staff all the way around! Vending machines in the lobby provide the best value and selection of 12 ounce can sodas only $1. I would be proud to own this property and commend the owners for their diligent efforts maintaining, upgrading, and remodeling this hotel. The ratings will soon reflect this.
Negatives: There are no issues to speak of at this time.
