When we got to the hotel early afternoon to check in they did not have the suite available that I had reserved and prepaid in advance! I was unhappy with this inconvenience and feel I should be credited some amount for this! Clerk was hard to understand.

Breakfast was good. The shower was good and the staff that I dealt with when I checked out on Monday, September 25 was super friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
When I got to the motel, they could not find both of the rooms I booked. The staff at that time was very very surly, insisting that I call Booking.com to solve the problem that THEY could not find reservation for two rooms. Once they finally found both room reservations they gave me a room that had not been cleaned. TV was still on. Towels in shower. Bed slept in. They then gave me a room that smelled bad, had bad florescent lighting, torn drapes and holes in light shades. Also, the refrigerator made very strange noises. I had to shut it off at night to sleep. I should have gone back and asked for another room, but I didn't want to deal with the person who checked me in on Friday night, Sept 21.

The location was great, only 2 miles from family I was visiting.
Negatives:
Mattress was too soft for me. The only vegan options for breakfast was fruit. No nondairy milk so couldn't even eat cereal and had to drink coffee black..
The hotel could use some updating. Bathroom toilet is the old low type. The draws on the dresser was broken and missing pieces. Could have used a second chair in the room.
We needed to check out at 2AM and it took us 20 minutes to wake up the front desk person, smh

I left clothes in a drawer. When I called they said housekeeping found them and they would send. Never received items. Called back twice and manager said they couldn't find the clothes, which had a custom made beltbuckle. Very disappointing!!
