The pool was open but needed cleaning.There was a tree near the pool where grackles nested.They were noisy at night and their activities caused debris to drop into the pool.The pool itself was nice. There was a hot tub but it was not heated.

This was one of the better complimentary breakfasts I've had - eggs, bacon & sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, blueberry muffins, and juices were great, and there were even more choices but I ran out of room! Lots of pastries with all the spreads (cream cheese, peanut butter, etc), cereals, and bananas.. AC kept the room plenty cold too

We were amazed with the quality of this hotel, normally Quality Inn does not have a pool, rooms are not as nice as this location and breakfast, we normally skip due to the quality and choices of protein for the morning. I wish I more time to enjoy the pool, it looked so welcoming!

Location was perfect to downtown and easy to get to and from surrounding areas. The property was clean and had a great pool area.

Room maintenance could be better. We had to fix the refrigerator and the AC. The freezer was a block of ice and the seal was off and the compressor was overheating. The AC rattled and needed cleaning.

Floors in room were dirty tile floors. After we showed and walked barefoot your feet got dirty from dirt/dust on floors. Told front desk attendant at checkout and she said hey mop floors but dirt in tile cracks is what caused the problem. Perhaps they should vacuum floors first and get dirt out of tile cracks then mop to get floor clean. Interior side of door to room was very dirty, had not been wiped clean in a long time. Electrical wall outlet had broken cover, half missing needing replacement. Breakfast was usual offerings.

Met our needs but will stay elsewhere next time we have a need in Marble Falls.

I had no shower curtain.
When I arrived the clerk was outside smoking while her husband was swimming.
The floors were not mopped in my room. When I reported things in the morning the morning staff had no customer service skills. Showed no empathy. They did not care about my issue.
I just left. I will not return to a Quality Inn again.
