I had requested-ahead of time on the notes a room on the 1st flr. I get there and they had assigned me on the 2nd flr and I ask Greco- the front desk clerk-reply to me that all there was no other rooms available, and so, there was no other choice I ask Greco, how do I get to the 2nd flr? His reply was. Those are the stairs and with an exclamation on my face!?!? I need to use an elevator to go to the 2nd? And replied, theres none! At that point, within more reason I had requested a room on the first flr. I this point, I gave up and told him-I know I wont get my money back- because specifies on the app -no returns. Here is your key. I need to start looking for another hotel to accommodate my physical needs either an elevator or on the 1st flr. Instantly, he replied one second, without further explanation, and did something on the computer and changed my room from the 2nd flr to the 1st flr!!!!! Just crazy!!!

So, after all that, I went to my room and theres a peculiar noise a bit loud. And said to myself no wait! The AC unit had an annoying sound. So, I turned the unit off- maybe that would it take care of
It and it didnt!!!! I wish there is way to send the video, that I have recorded!! I finally went to sleep of my tiredness. I had a long and stressful day, due to my mother being hospitalized!! However, about 3am the noise woke me up and now there was a new loud noise- the motor of the AC next to me; I guess they have arrived late and now the noise was even louder. I ended up turning off my AC unit so at least some of the noise can silenced, but the other room unit you can hear the loud motor still. By the room number 1203.

I'd have to say there really wasn't anything that I liked about it. Even the towels and wash rags were nasty looking.
Negatives:
The security lock on the door was broken off and strangers were knocking on the door. The location isn't in the safest neighborhood and we really didn't feel safe. The towels and wash rags didn't look clean and the curtains wouldn't stay shut so we had to prop things against them to keep people from looking in.
