This property is great, perfect location, and close to everything that I needed. The best part is the staff! They were exceptional, super welcoming, and very kind. If this is the tone for Mcallen then this town is the friendiest in America! Such a good start to my trip. A big thank you to everyone who works here. You made my stay extra special!

The staff were very cool and helpful, the hotel and room were clean and comfortable, and not a bad location

Unfortunately the shower had a very low water pressure, so I wasn't able to enjoy it. I really hope that could be sorted out as it's important to have a good strong shower after a long trip. If that could be fixed, I'd definitely stay again

Parking is limited, also the beds/pillows are extremely old and uncomfortable so you’ll miss out on a lot of quality sleep.
