We were given fruit all three mornings we were there, but we had to ask for it. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

We were given fruit all three mornings we were there, but we had to ask for it. The bathroom was filthy. The shower chair had not been cleaned in a very ling time. The sink and outer wall of sink had a disgusting mustard-colored dried, caked... liquid that honestly looked like baby diarrhea. The room and bathroom were not cleaned the second day we were there. The third day, the room was cleaned, but nothing was done in the bathroom. There wasn't enough shampoo, conditioner, soap, or towels for a family of four for three days. The lighting design did not allow a "nightlight" to remain on all night for our little ones. Staff seemed bothered when we asked for things like forks at breakfast and to reset our room keys when they didn't work our third day there. No apologies for the inconvenience. In fact, the clerk made me feel I needed to apologize to him for disturbing his cell phone call.
