Red Roof Inn Dallas - Mesquite/ Fair Park NE

Negatives: It took 3 different rooms to be given to me to find one halfway decent. I say halfway and I mean it. It was not cleaned. The first room smelled like smoke and had blood piss and shit stains on both beds and the floors were covered in dirt. Second room was just as bad as the first but its beds weren’t even made. The third room was also very disgusting, pull back the sheets and there were shit stains under the blankets. There were cockroaches in the bathroom dead and alive. The water out of the faucet was not clean either. This place should be shut down by the health department. All I require is clean sheets. They couldn’t even do that. When I requested a refund he said I can’t help you with that and that the manager in the morning probably wouldn’t give me anything either. When I brought the guy in to see the place it seemed like she thought shit stains on a bed were fine. The sheets also were never cleaned after the last guest because there was dirt and sand in them. It was just awful.

Negatives: Room was flithy

Negatives: The mattress was disgusting, the bedding was nasty. We pulled back the sheets to see the mattress soiled beyond anything that I would ever lie my body on. There were dead bugs on the sheets, it was so bad, we immediately gathered our things and checked out. The front desk refuse to refund our money, I was told to call back at 9:00 a.m. to speak with the manager, he was never available. When I finally spoke back with the front desk clerk, I was told that he would only refund half the rate because we stayed in the room for over an hour. We checked in, was delayed in trying to locate the room. The room was on the opposite of the building, we were never told where the room was. Secondly, when we got to the room the TV was already on and that freak us out, so I walked back to the front office to ask this if someone else was in this room. He stated that they leave TV's on. Walked back to the room and started wiping down the room and bathroom and finally got to the bed, we always pull back the covers and check for bed bugs and then we would put on our own sheets. This is when we discovered the mattress. It was disgusting and a horrific ! I could not believe what we were seeing. Mind you this was nearly 1:00 a.m. in the morning. Still today, I have not received my refund. Booking.com did not help me in anyway to resolve this. I'll be more careful on using their website in the future! I have stayed in other Red Roof Inn before, this was a shock ! If there was a zero that would be my rating !

Negatives: Everything was dirty, even after they came and cleaned. Pissed stained mattresses, sheets and pillows

Negatives: Furniture was broken, sofa, chair, dining table. Shower rod was uneven so the shower curtain didn’t close well when taking a shower. Walls had damages and scratches.
