When we enter the room at 211 the smell was bad, there was a cockroach in the bath tub and dirty floor, then there was a bedbug in the 2 queen beds we check in at 7pm and check out at 9:30pm we are not comfortable at all. It was disappointing

Tub was painted and paint was coming off and plugged up drain there was clothes under bed from previous guest door latch did not work to secure door from inside 50$ deposit is not going to be returned for 7-10 business day and we rent every weekend all over Texas and have never had to do that swimming pool wasn’t empty do to repairs

Absolutely nothing!! The room had roaches, the bathtub was disgusting, the room smelled liked cigarettes and trash!

I didn’t like anything about this place. A bunch of workers and vagabonds were hanging outside. The place looked and felt uncomfortable. The lobby was pitiful and dirty and there was a sign that said the pool was “broken”.
