Positives: Housekeeping came daily and emptied trash and switched out towels. Pool was open and my daughter had a great time swimming. Coffee was ready in the lobby every morning.

Negatives: You can hear all the noise in the hallway of guests coming and going. Don't know if hotel can do something to try to soundproof doors a little better.
