Thank god for IHop. There was no breakfast at the hotel. They had cereal, bananas and tangerines. IHop was 10 minutes away. the rooms did not spell fresh. The rooms had that stale air smell

No elevator and no breakfast as listed on the hotel page anda review. Hotel should not advertise breakfast and then not provide it. We choose that over 2 other choices because their ad and description included breakfast.

I like that the room had a sofa to relax in, 2 televisions, spacious. I like how the room smelled as clean and like incense. nice touch if you did that. cool.
staff member wasnÃ‚'t really friendly, felt like i was a number kind if vibe. The bathtub had water in it as if someone had bathed, not really an appealing thing to me because i wasnÃ‚'t taking a shower after seeing that.

Leaving. I chose this location to break up the drive from nashville to austin. I didnt expect much, but what I did expect was to feel like the place cared about its property to make guests feel safe during this time.
The uncleanliness of the lobby, stench of old food. Two kids working the front desk unmasked. Then the appearance of the emptied pool with broken chairs and diving board. To then walk in our room, smelling of strong cleaner, and a dirty shower curtain.
The smell the room was filthy had fleas and other bugs in the room.
