Date TV was ridiculous to figure out and operate. By 7:30am, breakfast was well picked over. Too pricey for this lower level room.

As compared to hotels of equal rating it seemed to be a good value. The hotel looked great from the outside, but could use some upgrades on the inside. The room key didnt work on multiple occasions. The grout on the bathroom floor was almost completely gone. The breakfast was average at best. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was in good shape.
Negatives:
As explained above: the rooms were in need of updating and a better breakfast with more choices would be better. I really expected more from a La Quinta.
