Negatives: Need more pillows.

Negatives: Accommodating guests was terrible. During our stay we were kept awake by unruly guests above us. We called downstairs to guest services three times over in the night at 11pm, 1am and 3am. The commotion above us was ridiculous and kept us awake most of the night. The staff did very little to assist us. The next morning we spoke to several guests in various rooms who were complaining about the noise at the front desk. The staff admitted that they had experienced unruly guests that were a disturbance but instead of making those guests leave they decided to inconvenience the adjoining rooms and the floors below and not enforce the rules to those particular guests which was ridiculous. I expect more from an establishment in the guest service department. And then to say all that they could offer was a weak and non-sympathetic apology. Terrible response

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: The breakfast was not totally hot; had warm up burritos and warm up sausage egg biscuits. The waffle maker was fine and people seem to not be familiar with people of other races. Seemed uncomfortable speaking. Also under the bed was crumbs and droppings.

Negatives: Parking lot was completely full. Had to park next door and risk getting towed.

Negatives: Hard to get out of hotel and back onto highway.

Negatives: Everything was perfect

Negatives: The rooms need updating, and it looked like improvements were on the way. The cleaning staff should move the furniture, we found a leftover piece of cloth under the chair, when we moved it. We travel with our dogs, so our room appeared to have damaged, caused by a previous dog.

Negatives: Building was getting a new roof and a family of 5 was in the adjoining room with 2 Queens. Kids screaming, hitting walls, jumping on beds. Had to call mgmt. They did talk to the family and the family did try and keep it down.
