I requested adjacent rooms. I received one on the 1st and the next on the 2nd floor. I came with my kids and I had to up an down many times.

The reception person said "Booking.com...

The location was perfect, I enjoyed my stay.
Negatives:
I reserved a room through booking.com , and payed for it online. The receptionist said I had to pay another $13X.XX to get the keys, I I repeatedly advised and showed my receipt that I paid for it already. The receptionist kept being adamant, so I kept repeating that I had already paid. Finally he understood and found my info and I just had to sign and was provided with the key for my room. Afterwards, the stay was relaxing and I had enjoyed my night.

The breakfast was very minimal. I was expecting much more when a hotel says that breakfast is included. They had instant oatmeal, coffee, hot chocolate, nutrigrain bars, and very small muffins. No cereal, drinks, waffles, or anything.
They had a kitchenette, but nothing included. No utensils, plates, cups, cooking pots or pans. No soap to wash anything with. No paper towels. No coffee maker or coffee in the rooms. No blow dryer and no ice machine.
Our trip was with a bunch of scouts and we didn't budget for breakfast since it says it was included. What they had was not enough to feed a group of kids.

Proximity to Houston SpaceCenter which was primary purpose of our visit. Also close to shopping mall with The Cheesecake Factory where we had a meal. Dated but comfortable. Large room and quiet. Drove to Kemah boardwalk 2nd day which is worth a visit.
Negatives:
Nothing. Facilities a little dated but this did not impact on the comfort or convenience of the venue.

Lovely big room, kitchenette, utensils etc available from reception. Super value too. Directly across the street from Johnson space centre visitors car park entrance, so perfect for visiting here. CVS and Wendy's walkable.
