Shower in room takes a long time >10 mins to get hot enough to have comfortable shower. This is inconvenient & a waste of water. Staff aware of the problem & explained that the hotel are trying to get fixed.

The room was very clean & comfortable. Check in was do fast & easy. The staff was so helpful.
Negatives:
The hot water in the shower & tub took over 18 min to get hot. When I called the desk - They instructed me to let it run & it would eventually get hot. After a while it did get warm - not hot.
The TV had no sound. The staff tried to trade out the TV for another that did indeed have sound in the other room. Yet when they hooked it up - still no sound. The staff stated it must be from the cable company box. They did get me closed captions on but - its still not the same.

It was a nice property...
Positives:
The location was convenient.
Negatives:
The beds were horrible, so hard that none of us could sleep. I had to curl up on the tiny loveseat to try and get rest.
You had to run the hot water for 15 minutes or more to have hot water.
The shower head was on the floor in the shower. The water that did come out had sand or dirt in it.
The phone in the room had no service or didn't work.
Some of the outlets didn't work, so we had trouble getting everyone's phone charged.
The vending machines did not work.
There was pest control poison out in the open where children could get to it.
The staff was not helpful at all. We seemed like an inconvenience to them.
We were told we would get a refund or credit, but nothing has happened yet.
I will not recommend this hotel.
