Asked for late check out at 11:30 while in the shower I hear the phone as I jump out of the shower almost falling its the rude lady yelling at me, same as last time. I explained we were in the shower and would be out by 12 check out was at 11. No the room was not clean, bugs crawling, jacuzzi tub dirty with dirt ring, I have a service dog showed paper work and got yelled at by both husband and wife, I showed this the first time I brought her with me. The free breakfast was more for a kids mean.. two kinds of cereal, bread, apples, chocolate mini muffins and warm milk. Coffee was about out at 7:30 but it didn't start till 7. I want a refund due to having to clean my room at arrival this will be the second time for that. I will be disputing and leaving reviews everywhere

Looks like a little older building but overall nice we got in late and checked out early for our stay...Easy check in everything was quiet. Lots of restaurants, fast food and stores right around the corner

Breakfast was limited to fruit loops and frosted flakes not a big deal I guess since there's a IHOP connected to the same parking lot

The lady working front desk was rude and did not seem to want to do her job, rushing me to do 3 things she asked ay once while also forgetting what she asked. and acted put out she had to check us in.... she also does housekeeping. Maybe you sjould hire more so your not doing other possitions. This is also the only hotel that requires the documents for a service dog.. DRUGS ARE BAD, THIS IS WHY. WILL NOT BE BACK.,

The room was dated. There was a hot tub in the middle of the room. It was chipped and not particularly clean. Did not use, but thought it odd/humorous having a hot tub in the room. It shouted 1980s!

The check In was easy, no problem. The staff pleasant, beds were comfortable. Ice machine worked good. Enjoyed the tub Location good, we enjoyed HBO, Cine-max channels But, really close to I-35, it was a little noisy. Lot of Bang for the buck : )

Extremely frugal on the "continental breakfast". There was only one kraft of coffee made for everyone. One small thermos of milk for cold cereal, and they kept an "Out of order sign on OJ machine". I had coffee in our room with pkg provided.
