No blankets or pillows provided for our children using the sofa bed. No one answered the phone when calling down to the front desk for help with sleeping materials for them. Walked down to wait in line for help, turns out the entire hotel only had one additional pillow to give us and one “coverlet.” Kids were uncomfortable all night because of that. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason— unacceptable!!! Cost was exorbitant for the facilities/service provided. Hotel is difficult to get to— you must wind through a Dunkin’ Donuts drive thru line to get to it. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Positives:
Everything was great, breakfast was really good and the time was great since I had my kids with me and they don't like to eat too early, breakfast until 10 was great we were usually there around 9. Since we stay a couple of days room service stop at our room to ask if we need more towels or if we need for them to get our trash out. Pool was clean my kids enjoyed every day in the afternoon.
Negatives:
The first time we pass the hotel because all the business in front of the hotel make it confusing to figure out where you need to go to get to the parking lot.

I have been at this particular facility before and had a good experience last time. it had a good workspace for me to do zoom calls before a conference. the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
not the hotels fault but a party until 2 in the morning right above me with people crashing on the ground. I did call the front desk at 11 at night because I had an early morning flight to get up for & said they would shut it down. Sadly that did not happen. I didn’t expect that to happen at hotel like the Hampton.

a nice enough faculty but...

The amenities were great, beautiful room and the staff was friendly.
Negatives:
When we checked in, there was food in the mini fridge from the previous guests. When I went to take a shower, there were long black hairs in the shower. I know this all falls on their housekeeping, so other than that, it was perfect . Great breakfast by the way.
