Positives:
The location was perfect for my needs and reason for visiting New Braunfels. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved that the room had a stand alone shower that was not in a tub. I did not request a handicapped room, but that was what I got, and it was perfect, since I am recovering from knee replacement surgery. Getting in and out of bath tubs are still uncomfortable for me, so I was very excited and pleased when I saw that it was a stand alone shower. The breakfast was good. I was very glad that I had chosen this hotel when planning my trip.
Negatives:
The only thing I can say is that for a handicapped room, it would have been nice to have had a higher toilet than just the standard height size. I had knee replacement surgery a few months ago, and one of the things that is still uncomfortable for me is using the standard height toilets. The taller ones are definitely better. Had it not been a handicapped room I would not have expected the higher toilet, but since it was it just would have made the room perfect +. I can not think of any other cons at all. I was very pleased with this hotel.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in New Braunfels, TX. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again, and would recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.
