We were placed in a handicap room. I didn’t ask for this . Couldn’t take a bath because there was a board across the place where I would sit back. Most hotels GIVE you complimentary waters, but not you! If I was a Hilton member, it was free, non member $2.99. Won’t ever stay in a Hilton property again. Beds were hard, room was dingy looking. Not pleased AT ALL…..

Hotel was under renovations, so gym not available. The gym was a significant reason we picked this hotel and was not able to use facility. The renovations should have been listed on website. The room and everything else were very nice.
