They called and canceled my reservation when I was 5 miles down the road. They said the room was not fit to rent due to broken mirrors. I had to find a different hotel on a Saturday night, in a busy location. I had to pay for an uber to and from my destination instead of walking a block to my activities. The staff did seem pleasant

Floors were sticky, air filters in room ac units were filthy and covered in a thick layer of dust. Shower curtain stained, missing a tv remote and the front desk Said they didn't have any replacements. Tv was old school and was annoying to find what was playing. Continental breakfast was lacking options and different from what the website states, no waffles/pancakes they changed it to breakfast tacos. Ice machine on floor wasn't working and was told to just use the ice maker in the fridge in room so we had to constantly hear loud clanking from the ice maker in the room.
Maid service was non existent.... We were there for 4 days and only once did a maid come to the room and all they did was gave a couple towels, removed the trash and didn't replace the bags in the trash receptacles..... Then they told us they didn't have any more trash bags and just to put the trash in the receptacle.....
Pool was small with no shade at all for tables, 2 bird deterrant devices on both sides of pool that shoot high frequency noises when you are swimming right at your face. Fountains were not working. Ants floating all over pool
