The only minor problem was in the shower tub. The tub is old and has evidence of dirt and grim on the inside bottom from usage. The shower nozzle was hard to lift to allow water to the shower head. My husband had to work with it for a few minutes.

Housekeeping walking in my room without a care in the world that I have a service dog for PTSD. Called to complain to the office, housekeeping then said they never walked into my room and I WAS TOLD TO LEAVE. I have been fighting for a WEEK for my refund that they will not release.
