The location was the area I needed to be. Better than most Motel 6's.

Floor tiles in bathroom were almost all broken/cracked so kind of sharp and a bit sketchy to walk on. Shower/ tub had no stopper so shower only, room was very empty, surprised there was no echo when talking.

The staff was excellent; communicative and accommodating. Thats the only real thing this place has going for it other than location.
Negatives:
Water leaked in through the wall when it rained; saturated the floor. Toilet bowl was leaking every time it was flushed. I asked if they were willing to compensate us for the sub-standard qualities of the room and they refused.
