Travelodge by Wyndham North Richland Hills/Dallas/Ft Worth

Negatives: From the moment we opened the door, the problems began. When we went to close the door, it didn't seal shut all the way, so we had to put a chair in front of it so no one could just come through the door. Next thing we notice how hot and sticky the room was. We got the air going, but it never cooled down in the room the entire time. We were there for 3 nights (May 24th-27th) and sweat the entire time. The room seemed cleaned, but it really needed more time spent on it. The floor had stuff on it like it wasn't swept. I had to put socks on. Socks got black from walking on the floor. The shower curtain has a large hole in it, so water got all over the floor. The comforter had cigarette burns on it. The sheet had a stain. There is a light on each side of the bed on the wall and one by table. The bulbs were so bright with just one on that we had to keep them off almost the entire time. I would think you would have more of a soft light bulb. All this being said, we toughed it out. We wanted to switch hotels the first night, but we didn't want to have to deal with trying to get a refund. We also probably should have asked for a different room. I have never felt so uncomfortable being in a hotel room. It was miserable for me. We will never stay here again.

Negatives: The fact that there was no breakfast there was no iron in the room which was there was supposed to be

Negatives: Cigarette-burnt beddings and old-looking furniture.

Negatives: People were fist fighting outside my room .There were drunk people laying on the sidewalk. Room was dirty and smelled bad

Negatives: The entire experience was horrible. I felt unsafe. The room was disgusting.
