Front desk lady was rude and unprofessional. The night front desk guy was helpful and nice but the woman during the day was so hateful and unprofessional we checked out early.

There was a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor, the sheets had holes, it was old and smelled bad, the bathroom mirror was cracked, the handle to open the shower water was broken, the sink smelled like sewer

It did NOT have a pool and they said it is your fault for not removing the picture. The room was dirty, I asked to have the floor cleaned and sheets changed....they did the floor, the sheets were NOT changed and had stains. The worst I've stayed in! 0
