If you cancel your reservation after Apr 24, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Positives: Convenient location, quiet for as busy as the area is...

Negatives: My room had 3 maintenance issues that were easy to fix: open a vent, replace a light bulb, hang up a curtain properly. Management noted the issues but didn't bother fixing, made the place seem run down and shabby.

Positives: The room was clean and much larger than others. Also bathroom was a very good size.

Negatives: The staff, including the owner. It wasn't that we didn't like them personally. I had to actually scream hello 3 times before someone came to the desk - who was the owner! They were all carrying on and laughing in the back office. Also, same thing happened when we checked out! There weren't a lot of people staying there - it was a weekday. The one thing that really bothered us was none of the staff, except for owner spoke any English! We took our grandkids to the indoor pool (which was why we picked that hotel to begin with) and there were no towels. No one was there except us, it was after 4:00 p.m. and no towels. We ran into multiple people with cleaning carts and towels, but they didn't understand us at all.
