Nothing pool was not open... on the 2nd floor ice machine did not work nor vending machines.
Negatives:
Heat did not work in the room with the bed. Sofa bed was extremely stain underneath the sofa was full for food and dust. We had a handicap room in the bath had hair all over the floor because you can tell they don't move the shower chair when cleaning.

Upon arrival, the front desk attendant tried to tell me my room wasnt paid for but I had literally just booked on line and showed her my confirmation. The first room they gave me on the third floor (330) was trashed and dirty. They did assign me a better room but the room had feathered pillows which I cannot sleep with. When I called to get an exchange the attendant told me they were all out and she could bring me towels to sleep with.. Really towels for a pillow??? So needless to say I had a rough night sleeping.
