Travelodge by Wyndham Ozona

Negatives: Wifi did not reach my room. If I stepped outside and about 30 ft towards the main building I could pick it up. Went to the main office and was told it was because I use at&t that their service doesn't connect with it well. Which makes absolutely no sense.

Negatives: Limited channels. Not really important to me, just saying.

Negatives: Everything was horrible. Door locks would not work on check in and took 3 rooms to get inside. Towels were dirty, bed was old, room stank like smoke and mold. The shower was about 2x2 square and moldy. I didnt want to touch anything. horrible

Negatives: Bathroom was outdated and I wasnt offered a breakfast

Negatives: BED BUGS!!! Left me in a giant rash with no refund for the suffering I went through, Had bites from head to toe literally.

Negatives: You had to turn a switch on for TV, microwave, or any plug in on that wall to work but no one explained that to us

Negatives: 1. They wanted to charge me $12 extra but I told them I had prepaid. 2. I expected a queen bed and got two twins. 3. The parking for my room was obstructed by other guests. 4. Noisy. Children yelling, loud parties until 4 AM

Negatives: Initially when I bought night in the hotel there should be breakfast but when I came in morning to take it staff said that it's kind of mistake and they don't provide breakfast at all. It was frustrating!

Negatives: The room smelled very bad and was extremely dirty. The floor was sticking to our shoes. The lights in the room didnt work except one lamp that didnt even shine that bright. Flies were flying all over the room and lots of ants and other small animals were on the floor in the bathroom. It was very loud through the wall so we could hear the tv from those next door. There were no breakfast (this was promised) and no pool (this was also promised). The location is not close to the highway, so its not even easy to get to. All in all dont stay here. We wanted to just keep driving instead, but we came late and our kids were really tired and just wanted a bed - this was the only reason we stayed.

Negatives: It was very dirty!!! check in was at 3 and I arrived at 3:48 and there was a guy cleaning it very rude and not approachable at all! The toilet was dusty and dirty there was an empty bag of chips behind the refrigerator and old used coffee filter in the machine, you would assume if they had cleaned it appropriately they would have caught that. The room smelled musty and the window unit didnt work right. I was lied to in every way! I was told they served breakfast and they dont, that theres a pool and I didnt see one. When I voiced my concerns the staff blamed it on Booking, that they never update their page!!
