Positives: I love this hotel and its location. I live their breakfast.

Negatives: I am very upset because they gave my room away and gave me a single bed room. I had to sleep on the floor. I booked a two queen bed and was told at the night we checked in that our room was given to someone else. So they gave me a one bed. This was a business trip. I was very disappointed.
