This hotel is under construction and its coming from a private hotel to the Hilton Hotel Spark chain...the room had no chair no couch no microwave no cups or no coffee maker...if this is Hilton new idea of Hotel stay I rather stay in a trailer park

I booked this hotel for 2 nights for appointments at MD Anderson. When I put the address in maps I was directed to an old comfort suites. So I called the hotel and found out What is listed as Spark by Hilton is a Old comfort suite, now called Pearland hotel that has only 2 floors open while under construction to convert to Spark. It looks nothing like the picture!! Complete false advertisement! Thankfully Booking allowed me to cancel and waved the fee.

Nothing. It smelled like mold. Its under construction and they started working at 8AM in the day, incredibly loudly.

The staff was great. They helped as much as they could with the errors that were made with our reservation and rooms.
Negatives:
When we arrived the location did not have the room we requested in our reservation nor did they have our complete reservation. We reserved for 2 nights they had us for 1. We also reserved a queen double suite all that was available was a king suite. My family and I were willing to make it through. But then the sofa bed was broken so we had to move to another room. Once in the other room, the water was running the staff, who was very helpful as well as concerned, had to come and stop the water. Due to issues with water as well as the sofa bed, my family ended up splitting into 2 rooms. The next day we were relocated to a room with the original accommodations requested.
