I wasn’t able to stay at the hotel because the room they gave me had a bad chemical smell. I asked for a different room and was told there were no other rooms available. I did not end up staying at the hotel. The hotel did not charge me, but Booking.com did charge me for a one-night stay. Even after filling out two forms to request a refund, I never heard back from booking.com
