Daytime and morning receptionist which is same person was rude upon arrival. Hung up on me when I called see if my rooms were ready rooms weren’t ready till after 3 and same lady said no breakfast she was lazy and rude. Went to Victoria for my dad’s funeral and was late.

Spent $200 to have to wait to shower well after 3 and no breakfast after told she wasn’t going to make it.
