No staff available to assist and it did not look secure/safe. At checkout, no one was at the front desk for about an hour. Breakfast was never open/prepared.

They still let people smoke on the rooms so our room smelled of smoke badly. You can tell that have roaches cause see can visually see the evidence. There were holes in the floor where carpet had been removed. The over all room was just nasty.

The location was very convenient . check in was great and easy, the staff was courteous . the room was cool .

the carpet in the room was dirty.they had coffee in the room but no coffee pot. when they came in to clean they did not give any more shampoo. for the continental breakfast they only had waffes and toast.

The front desk clerk was such a bug help! The first room I was given the door looked like it had been kicked in. The clerk graciously changed my accommodations and I got the jacuzzi sweat.
