The staff was very very rude and when I booked online the email that was sent to me said check in was at 1pm and when I got there to check in at 1pm they told me that I couldnt check in till 3pm because that the cleaning ladies were still cleaning keep in mind I was coming from out of town to visit family and I booked there for the night to rest up before having to meet up later on that night and yet I couldnt rest cause my room wasnt ready and then when I got my room it was in the main building 1st floor and literally the first room on the left and I could hear every one and everything!! Very uncomfortable stay and never again do I want to experience this!! I shouldve gotten a better room for the hassle I went through with the girls in the front desk.

I feel that there needed to be ventilation in the bathroom as well as needing more toiletry and maintenance needed to be on top of certain things as the toilet handle was not working correctly had to listen to the water running from the toilet bowl all night long

Negatives:
Our room wasn't clean properly, there was hair all over the bathroom and urine all over the toilet. It was just passed 10pm when we checked in and we did let the front desk know. They could NOT move us rooms because they were over booked. Paid over 100.00 for a nasty bathroom. I would of rather gone to another hotel. But it being Easter weekend most if not all were sold out. We had already driven almost 17 hours and where very tired.
