The place was hot. Poor service rooms are not even well maintained. Roaches in our roo bathroom door don't even look toilet seats need to be tightened correctly.. microwave and fridge weren't working at all or correctly. Rooms had a nasty smell. Found a nasty smelling pillow in one of the drawers. Don't know how long that pillow has been in there.casude supposedly they are clean everyday. That was a worst experience we had ever had..

The hotel is very old, there is no elevator. We were fine except the third day of our stay that we found baby cockroaches on top of our bed, it was disgusting and very uncomfortable to sleep because of this. This hotel needs to improve the tidiness of the place.
