They only had one cart to transport luggage for whole facility, hallways stunk, need to update ac so it’s not just living room with no vents in bedrooms (using fans to blow ax to bedrooms)…. otherwise we always stay at candle wood suites in every town! Love them… but this one needs some updates

I asked for a refund they said they would give it but never sent a written confirmation to booking.com to confirm it so I never received it despite multiple phone calls by myself & booking.com
