Staff were friendly, breakfast was as-expected (eggs, meat, waffles, cereal, muffins, yogurt). Beds comfortable.
Negatives:
Mold in bathrooms. There was a cockroach in the hallway that we killed and left on the carpet. We told the front desk so they could get pest control out. 24 hours later, the cockroach was still there. Obvious that they don't vacuum the hallways. Looks like they did a renovation awhile back, but not doing the upkeep to keep the mold out or keep it clean.

The staff ran my credit card separately for the 3 rooms I booked and tacked on $50 per room, which wont be refunded for two weeks. My back thought it was faux so they rejected one room. They called me and asked for my credit card number over the phone. This was all prior to the check in time so if I wanted to pay with cash, it was too late. Very shady financial practices. And of course I did not give them my credit card over the phone, to which they threatened to cancel my reservation. Wish they had so I could have gone across the street or to one of the other ten hotels near by.
