Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Poor
Positives:
The location was good. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and easy to check in. The room was clean and a/c worked very well. The shower had good hot water. The beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
The problem I had was when I went to shower and I saw that one end of the curved shower curtain was broken and the other end was nearly pulled off the wall. The shower curtain kept bunching up and sliding to the center of the shower curtain which made it difficult to keep the water from splashing out while showering. I complained to the front desk but was told that maintenance did not work on weekends but she did take a note.
After opening the window curtain, I also found a hole in the sheetrock on the far side of the bed where someone kicked or hit a hole in the wall.
The kitchenette is nice but you need to bring everything you need for cooking & cleaning purposes.
Regarding breakfast, I was told there was coffee & breakfast to go. I found that breakfast to go was a Nutribar and the dining in breakfast consisted of only oatmeal.
Since I was only staying 1 night, I did not worry about getting another room but if I was staying longer, I certainly would have asked for one.
All in all, acceptable, certainly inexpensive price for the area but I would not stay here again in like conditions.

Positives:
Breakfast was sweet and simple. The charges were reasonable, value for money for the fabulous room and its amenities offered. We had booked for 5 nights from March 26-31 but had to shorten our stay to 3 nights due to health issue with our 4 year old kid due to uncertain weather changes. But the manager was sensitive to the situation, totally understood our concern and cooperated with us to modify our schedule accordingly, also refunding us for the days/nights we did not stay. We couldn't have asked for more.
