First room was really stuffy. Moved us to another room, that was not in the best of shape. This room appears to not be used much. Light bulbs were missing from the bedside tables. Shower water flowed into middle of bathroom floor. It was awful.

2 of the rooms I was put in had maintenance issues so I had to move twice

Decent hotel minus the few issues with some of the rooms.

When we got there told we could not use the pool.Then at 10 pm when returning for the evening, we were told the pool was usable. Sorry for the wrong information. The next morning, I called to see if we could use the pool and was told I would not. When I questioned the person, they said well you could at your own risk. When I asked what the problem was, they said they did not know. We got the hotel so my granddaughters could swim before we went to the balloon fest. We live in town but thought it would be nice. Also, the bed killed my back.

There were two employees at the desk. One was helping a guest and the other looked like she was on the computer. She didn't acknowledge us as we were waiting to be tended. Once the guy finished with the first guest, he acknowledged us and proceeded to help us.

We stayed for 5 nights, they said that they wouldnt clean room for 5 days unless we asked them to we asked them to 2 days out of 5 and when we got back to the hotel at 10:00 at night both times, the rooms were not cleaned and we had to go back downstairs and ask for clean towels. One of the bed lighted were burned out, the shelf in the bathroom was broken. Very poor maintenance of this place and not very clean. I was surprised because the reviews I saw through bookings was favorable. I would not stay there again.

The desk staff wasnt overly friendly when I arrived 30 minutes before the official check in time. I asked if it was possible to check in and with little to no emotion checked the computer and told me the room wasnt ready. They made no attempt to be more helpful than that. So I went and drove around the neighboring parking lots for 30 minutes. The desk staff didnt act as if they were enjoying their job.
