We stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites Plano East - Richardson for one night, and we had a wonderful experience. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations, making it well worth the money.
First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, I was thoroughly impressed with the immaculate condition of our room. I checked the room meticulously, and it was spotless. This attention to detail made us feel very comfortable and at ease.
The atmosphere of the hotel was very quiet and peaceful, allowing us to have a restful night. The breakfast provided was also very good, offering a nice variety of options to start our day.
Additionally, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. The facilities were well-maintained and contributed to the overall pleasant stay.
In summary, our experience at the Quality Inn & Suites Plano East - Richardson was excellent. The cleanliness, quiet environment, good breakfast, and friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Hard bed and breakfast as a weird egg with no taste. Only waffles and yogurt and egg not fit to eat. I would not say they provide breakfast. Shower was dangerous. No handles just slick tile in shower. Almost fall down twice. Had to get husband to hold myhand to get out.
